This Privacy Policy explains how PT Digital Informasi Solusindo (“Digital Informasi”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our messaging platform at digiyour.com (the “Service”), including our dashboard, REST API, and any WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) you connect to it. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & business information — name, email, phone number, and business account details you provide when registering.
• End-recipient phone numbers — the WhatsApp numbers you submit through our API or dashboard to deliver OTPs and notifications. We do not collect this data ourselves; it is provided by you (our customer) for the sole purpose of message delivery.
• Message content & templates — the content of messages sent through the Service, and any WhatsApp message templates you create or connect, for delivery and audit/history purposes.
• Usage & log data — API requests, delivery status (sent/delivered/read/failed), timestamps, and IP addresses, used for analytics, debugging, and fraud prevention.
• Billing data — top-up and transaction history tied to your business account balance. Payment card/bank details are handled directly by our payment gateway provider; we do not store full payment credentials.
• Cookies & support widget data — this site uses a live-chat widget (Tawk.to) on our marketing pages, which may set its own cookies and collect chat metadata under its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver OTPs and notification messages on your behalf via WhatsApp.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the dashboard, API, and billing system.
• To provide delivery analytics, transaction history, and account support.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Sharing With WhatsApp / Meta Platforms

To deliver your messages, recipient phone numbers and message content are transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), either via our shared WhatsApp Business Account or a WABA you connect and own directly. Meta processes this data under its own WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms. We do not sell recipient phone numbers or message content to third parties.

4. Other Third-Party Sharing

We share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the Service: our payment gateway (to process top-ups), our cloud hosting provider (to run the application and database), and our live-chat provider (Tawk.to, for support on our marketing pages). These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, message, and transaction history for as long as your business account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed for billing records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data subject to these retention obligations.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and role-based permissions on the dashboard — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing, by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
